2-Ply Plastic Name Badge

The 2-ply badge is composed of two contrasting layers of plastic, one surface color and one core color. When your logo or text is engraved, the top layer is removed to reveal the core color beneath, creating a clean two-tone effect that you can see from the top and side.  

Choose a fully engraved badge for a traditional look or combine engraving with full-color UV printing to add vibrant logos and graphics. This is an excellent choice for custom-shaped badges, allowing the badge to be laser cut to follow the outline of your logo or brand mark for a truly distinctive design.
