When we laser engrave your logo and personalization, we expose the core color to provide an engraved, two-tone effect. You also have the option of full-color UV printing on 2-ply material. The 40-mil PVC plastic name badge is an economical reusable option that's lightweight yet durable—25% thicker than a standard credit card. These feature vivid full-color UV printing. The 60-mil PVC plastic name badge is the thicker version, perfect when you want something lightweight yet sturdier than the 40-mil option. All three types offer excellent durability for daily wear, with your choice depending on your desired thickness, printing method, and budget.
